Welcome

James McFaul is an accomplished attorney practicing primarily in the fields of Bankruptcy, Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, and General Civil Practice.  He is an honors graduate of Georgetown University (1982) and the University of Maryland School of Law (1996).  Prior to attending law school, Jim served 8 years as an officer in the United States Army.  Jim is licensed to practice law in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maryland. Jim is a member of the Vermont & New Hampshire Bar Associations, and the Bankruptcy Section of the VBA.

In addition to his law practice, Jim is active with local nonprofit organizations, inlcluding serving on the board of Covered Bridge Recovery Ministries of Vermont, and being a long-time member and former president of the St. Johnsbury Rotary Club. He is constantly striving to improve the circumstances of people around him, in his life and his legal practice.
